Emma approaches her teaching with a particular eye for detail and personal touch. Expect to utilise the bed in many different ways, fluidly moving through exercises with a strong emphasis on the Pilates principles throughout to achieve the maximum benefits in class.

As a STOTT certified instructor her goal is to always strive for progression in whatever your goal may be. Expect to really feel those improvements, and to always be learning something new about your body.

Originally from Australia and now based in Northampton, Ally is a lifelong dancer turned Pilates instructor and the founder of Align by Ally.

She brings a contemporary edge to classical Pilates, combining strength, control, and flow in every session. Her approach blends the traditional principles of Joseph Pilates with modern movement, focusing on core strength, precise transitions, and balanced progressions. With a strong emphasis on pulses and holds, her classes engage and strengthen the body while cultivating a deep connection between movement and breath.

Originally from Sydney, Anj comes from a gymnastics background and has found her passion in the wellness space, with a special affinity for pilates. As someone who views leading an active and healthy lifestyle as a privilege, she hopes to radiate the same energy in her classes, and encourage others to share the same mindset.

Gen is a certified Barre instructor and pre and postnatal corrective exercise specialist. Gen’s dynamic classes blend classical barre with functional strength and low-impact cardio, designed to support and empower you at every stage of life.
